Resume Overhaul
Begin your journey by booking a 30 minute Resume Writing call. Our HR Expert will get to know your education, experience and future job aspirations to best tailor your resume and cover letter to the opportunities you are interested in. If you have a LinkedIn profile, we can also provide feedback and suggestions to make your profile stand out to recruiters. We offer full customization - no resume writing bots here!

Upload your most recent cover letter and resume 24 hours prior to the Resume Writing call so the HR Expert can review in advance.
Your new resume and cover letter will be provided via email. 48 hour turnaround time after your call is available as an optional add on.
We want to make sure you are successful! If you have any follow up questions about the feedback provided, or need some clarification let us know! Our services include email exchanges and further reviews for 2 weeks after your initial feedback has been provided at no additional cost.

Interview Preparation
Let us get you ready to rock the interview and stand out as the top candidate. Your education and experience will shine as we hone your interview skills with a series of practice questions and feedback not only on your responses, but body language and format to ensure you check all the boxes.
Book a 2 hour time slot through the Accelerate Transformation booking link on the webpage.
When booking, answer the questions regarding the role you are interviewing for and upload your cover letter and resume at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow time for our HR Expert to select the best questions from our customizable bank to fit the role and your experience.
All Interview Preparation meetings will be conducted via Zoom with camera capabilities for both yourself and the HR Expert. This way the HR Expert can also provide feedback on your body language and provide virtual interview tips if applicable. If this is not possible, phone interview preparation can be arranged.
If you wish, the Zoom session can be recorded and you can review the feedback again at a later date.
During the Interview Preparation meeting, the HR Expert will ask you at least 15 interview questions directly applicable to the role you are interviewing for. You will receive a copy of these questions after the session in addition to a recommended format for answering questions to aid in your preparation.

Development Accelerator
Are you ready to commit to kicking your professional development into high gear? The Development Accelerator package includes everything you need to identify your unique strengths, and unpack how you could apply these strengths to your professional life. Your goal could be a new career, promotion or just a better relationship with your co-workers. How it works:
Book a 60 minute time Development Accelerator call through the Accelerate Transformation booking link on the webpage.
The Development Accelerator assessment will be emailed to you upon booking. Complete it at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled call.
The Development Accelerator call will include a debrief of your results, and coaching session on how you can leverage your unique strengths with one of our HR experts.

Very Important Applicant
Get the all the support you need to take your career to the next level. This service includes all of the features of the Resume Overhaul, Interview Preparation and Development Accelerator packages. You can book these as a one day career changing event, or we can schedule separately over the course of a few weeks.

Your new resume, cover letter and Linkedin profile will be delivered with 2 business days.
You’ll complete your 2 hour Interview Preparation session - we recommend completing this just prior to your first interview.
