How it Works:

• Book you VIA package through the Accelerate Transformation booking link below.

• We’ll be in touch within 1 business day with a welcome package, and to discuss scheduling your first meeting with a member of our team. You’ll be asked to upload your most recent cover letter and resume, as well as complete the Development Accelerator assessment so we can review in advance.

• You’ll meet with your HR Expert to discuss your career goals, and debrief the unique strengths that were uncovered in the Development Accelerator assessment. We’ll use this to tell your career story in a compelling way to employers through your resume and cover letter, and LinkedIn profile.

• Your new resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile will be delivered with 5 business days.

• Your HR Expert will share job search strategies and networking tips to support your job search. You’ll be responsible for taking action, applying to jobs and networking within your field.

• You’ll complete your 2 hour Interview Preparation session - we recommend completing this just prior to your first interview.
